Reader font
The font the web reader sets books in. Saved to your account, so it applies in every browser you sign in from. E-readers keep their own font settings.
Reading on this device
Theme, text size, spacing, margins and the status bar for the web reader. Saved in this browser only, so a phone and a laptop can each have their own. The reader's Aa button has the same settings, the font included.
